We consider your health to be top priority while you are in our church building! We want re-opening our building to be a positive and God - glorifying experience.
What Happens Once I Arrive?
Please do not arrive TOO early, we will begin seating right before service starts. Once you arrive please stay in your vehicle until you are greeted by one of our greeters. They will guide you through the church and to your seat, unfortunately you will not be allowed to choose your favorite seat. You and your family members will sit together a safe distance from other families. We will make sure you have the proper space for social distancing, and we ask that you refrain from shaking hands or hugging others. You are welcome to wear a mask, but it’s not a requirement. Please take extra caution to cover any sneeze or cough. We will not be offering any refreshments before services, like coffee and donuts. Please come fully caffeinated and ready to worship! When service is over we will dismiss by row and escort you back to your car. As much as we all want and need to catch up with each other, please don’t linger around the parking lot.
What Will Children’s Programming Look Like?
Your child (birth - 5th grade) will join you in the worship center for a family-friendly experience. Here are some helpful tips to make it a great time for them:
We will have coloring sheets and crayons available for each child.
Bring a tablet or mobile device and a pair of headphones – during the experience your child can visit mygathering.church/kids and watch this weekend’s Bible lesson.
What Precautions Is The Gathering Church Taking?
We will be following the sanitation guidelines put forth by the CDC to insure that we all stay safe.
We will be sanitizing all chairs before and between services as well as any other space that needs to be sanitized.
We encourage anyone over the age of 65 or anyone who has a compromised immune system to stay home and participate in the Live Stream Service as we have been doing.
